PUTNAM COUNTY TOURISM
Ryan was instrumental in adding Cummins Falls and Window Cliffs to Tennessee State Parks, bringing millions in additional tourism dollars to Putnam County.
TORNADO VICTIMS TAX RELEIF
After the devastating tornadoes tore through the community on March 3rd, Representative Williams and Senator Paul Bailey worked together to draft and pass the Tax Relief Bill for Putnam County residents. This legislation allows building materials to be purchased tax-free for those impacted by the deadly tornadoes.
EDUCATION & ECONOMIC INVESTMENT
While in office, Ryan has aided in bringing over $217 million dollars in new economic investment to the 42nd District as well as bringing in over $150 million dollars in capital improvements for local education and Tennessee Technological University! #WingsUp
